It was a cold and rainy day!

Well we went out in it any way. We had heard that the silver were running on the Buskin and wanted to get our share. Needless to say, they weren't biting today for us. So we decided to try the Russian and see if we would have any luck down there. No such luck, with the exception to Patrick catching the rare and mysterious Alaskan stick fish!!!! He was quite excited when he was reeling it in. A little dispappointed to see what he actually caught!! It was funny. Also, when we got down to the Russian, the boys were walking on this island in the middle of the stream and came across some rather large bear paw prints in the sand. At that point we all got a little nervous to be down there because of all the tall grass, Kris and I were constantly looking while the boys fished.

Patrick bringing in the rare Alaskan stick fish!

Ryan looks on as Patrick brings it to shore! What a rare sight that is!!!
